Five Questions About Leadership and Legacies

1. What aspect of college dodgeball made you want to captain an NCDA team?
I enjoy playing the sport.  I thought I could continue to spread the greatness of dodgeball around campus.

2. What are the main principles that you emphasize to your team?
Catch, Catch, Catch

3. How do you want your team to remember you after your captaincy is over?
Just that I carried on the tradition of OSU Dodgeball

4. What characteristics will you look for in your successor?
Knowledge of the sport as well the desire to work with not only other captains but to also with the university.

5. As a captain, what's your biggest priority for the league going forward?
Consistency. Once teams get started, they need to continue on and establish themselves. We cannot have 2 years of play then nothing.
